DJs
Our resident DJ, Matt, entertains the crowds every Friday and Saturday evening from 9pm until close at 1am, with varied music depending on who's in, time of year, what parties we're having, etc. etc.
Open DJ Night
Our first one was Thursday 5th March and it was a fantastic success. We now have the open DJ night (an open deck night) every month, on every First Thursday of the month, so come along if you want to practise your DJ or MC skills. Decks are available for use or you can bring your own if you prefer, simply plugging into the house system.
Starting at 9pm, playing times will depend on how many budding DJs turn up. The best of the night get the chance to play the rest of the evening out and we'll also be offering the occasional full slot on a Friday or Saturday! Our only stipulations are that:
- The volume levels must be controlled (we have neighbours)!
- All genres welcome but the style cannot be too heavy (we have other customers)!
Keep an eye on the pub, as we'll also be having guest DJs occasionally, just to give Matt a rest!
